Description: HelpfulVillage is an online platform for senior citizens enabling quality living and autonomy for seniors that want to stay in their own homes and neighborhoods as they age. In our aging society, we need an online platform to let our seniors efficiently organize themselves and thrive. Our IT platform extends the philosophy of the village movement, symbiotically connecting two groups: older seniors that need help to live safe and happy in their homes, served by young retirees that stopped working not long ago and feel appreciated helping others. Both groups form a tight-knit, socially active community called the HelpfulVillage.
